I’m an entrepreneur and a conversion rate optimisation consultant. I’m passionate about driving change and growth through digital optimisation.
Having worked in the CRO space for over 7 years I’m beginning to get used to the title of CRO expert (although it still sounds a little pretentious to me). I’ve had the opportuntity of creating successful testing and personalisation strategies for many of the UK and Europe’s leading brands. Over time I’ve learnt what works and what doesn’t – well at least I like to think so.
I’m still surprised by some test results which turn out to be the opposite of what I predicted – but hey, that’s why we test right?
